Your privacy is important and therefore your personal information will not be shared with anyone, unless required by law.
Ordering and payment
The website has a safe and easy shopping cart system for you to use.
If you are an Australian customer you may chose to pay for your items through a direct debit to a bank account. This is preferable. If you chose this option on checkout I will send you the account number and you can transfer the money via internet banking or in person at a Bendigo Bank.
International customers will need to use Paypal. You do not need to be a Paypal account holder to use this system. Paypal will encrypt your information to ensure your identity and banking/card information is totally secure. Paypal has safeguards in place against hacking and fraudulent activity. Paypal also offers protection for goods purchased from one of their vendors. That means that Paypal will reimburse the buyer the full value of the goods (up to $200 USD) should you not receive them or receive goods that have been grossly misrepresented by a retailer.

I will also accept both Australian and International Money Orders. I will supply you with my address to post this to and will ship when the Money Order is successfully cashed.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping is via Australia Post for domestic and international orders. I do not profit from shipping and it is charged at the Australia Post rate plus the cost of the packaging, where relevant. Being environmentally conscious, where possible I try to recycle packing materials and envelopes.
Domestic Options:
Small parcels up to 250g: $3.85 Express Post: $7.20
(earrings, bracelets, lightweight crystal necklaces)
Medium parcels 250g - 500g: $5.00 Express Post: $7.00
Large parcels 500g - 3kg: $9.00
Large parcels within 50kms of Sydney CBD:
$6.70 (flat rate)
Registered Post: $2.60 (recommended for all orders over $100)
International Options:
Air mail takes 3-10 working days and is available to most countries.
Eg. Air mail to the United States $8.50 for a small parcel weighing up to 250g (1/2 lbs).
International Express courier and International registered mail are also available.

Quality
Every care is taken to use only the highest quality materials. Each piece is tested for strength before shipping and is carefully inspected. All crystals are genuine Swarovski crystals and only sterling silver and 14K gold filled semi precious metals are used unless otherwise stated. In some instances a high quality rhodium plated, lead free pewter component, manufactured in the USA may be used. This will be stated on the piece and will usually be a connector or small decorative element. All strung designs use Soft Flex soft touch beading wire.
Return, Exchange & Repair Policy
I want you or your gift recipient to be delighted with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact me to arrange an exchange or credit voucher, within 30 days of your purchase date. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be considered on an individual basis.
Paying particular attention to the information above 'Care for your Jewelry' will to help to prolong its life.
If your Lisbeth Atkinson Designs jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, I will gladly repair the item for FREE. If it has been longer than 90 days, I will repair it for a nominal fee. Return shipping is also complimentary and will be via standard Auspost.
I guarantee all of my jewelry is free from defects of craftsmanship and material upon delivery.
“Handcrafted” Characteristics
All of my jewlery designs are handcrafted and so slight variations should be appreciated as one of the many special characteristics of a handcrafted jewelry item. All gemstones and freshwater pearls are natural and therefore minimal color and shape differences, as well as slight inclusions should be expected. These “imperfections” are what give each stone or pearl its authenticity and charm.
All pieces are described as accurately as possible however please allow for slight variations because of monitor settings and browser differences. I cannot guarantee that the specifications you see are the exact same as the actual item. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact mebefore ordering. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me.
I spend much time carefully sourcing the best quality gems, freshwater pearls and findings that are available both locally and internationally. I truly believe that it’s the little details that matter and I am always continuing to expand my skills to incorporate new methods of design and variation to my creations.
Custom Orders
I love creating custom pieces of jewelry for my customers. Custom Orders require a non-refundable deposit, 50% of your order total, which guarantees my time and attention, and sourcing materials, to your commissioned piece/pieces. We will communicate via email during the design phase to ensure you get exactly what you want. I will email you a photo of the completed design for your approval. Final payment is then made.
