Lisbeth Atkinson jewelry is handcrafted in Australia with great care and attention to detail. I call it wearable art - artistic flair combined with practicality.
All designs are made using high quality semi precious gemstones, freshwater pearls, swarovski crystals and crystal pearls, japanese and czech glass, and vintage lucite beads. I favour the use of precious metals - sterling silver and 14kt gold-filled.
The photos on my website are of the actual pieces you will receive and shopping is made easy with the shopping cart facility and paypal or direct deposit.
I am currently working on a signature bridal collection that will be based around repeatable designs but with custom colors to suit your bridal party. Lisbeth Atkinson Jewelry Designs are for people who want an individual look, away from the mass market, and up to date with worldwide trends in fashion and jewelry.
Lisbeth Atkinson Designs put many hours not only into creating beautiful pieces but into researching the highest quality components. Favorites include genuine Swarovski crystal beads and pendants from Austria, Vintage glass beads from Italy and Germany, Semi-precious gemstones, Vintage lucite beads including italian lucite beads and freshwater pearls.
Many of the designs are one-off and cannot be exactly repeated due to the scarcity of the beads or components used in the design, particularly where vintage beads have been used.
In almost every case the jewellery designs are made with sterling silver or 14K gold-filled precious metals. Occasionally a very high quality american made lead-free pewter that has been rhodium plated is used (rhodium is a member of the platinum family of precious metals). Also for a different and popular look brass may be used. Brass combines really well with some gemstones.
Favoured gemstones for the designs include Amazonite, Rhodonite, Onyx, Carnelian and Topaz. Customers can choose to shop by jewellery type or colour, and there are also featured seasonal collections.
